This Hirondelle Suberbe is on display in the Musee de velo et Moto in Amnéville in France, near Metz.
It's not clear to me if the museum is still open now (2017).
This is one of the oldest Superbes we know, estimated 1889-1890, with the pivot head and radial spoking.
